Job Description:
Develop AI and LLM-based components to automate the conversion of legacy Nintex workflows into modern Power Automate flows.
Integrate AI solutions with APIs, webhooks, and Azure services.
Build and maintain parsing and conversion engines using Python or Node.js/TypeScript.
Develop prompt engineering solutions with structured output generation.
Implement RAG and classification pipelines to map legacy workflow actions to modern equivalents.
Test and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Document unsupported cases and workflows that require manual review.
Required Skills:
Python or Node.js/TypeScript
Core programming and XML/JSON parsing
Prompt engineering and LLM API integration
OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI
REST APIs and webhook integration
RAG and classification pipelines
Testing and validation of AI/LLM outputs
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Additional Skills:
MCP server development
Azure CLI and Azure AD authentication
GitHub Copilot or Claude coding agent experience
SharePoint or Microsoft 365 administration knowledge
Education Requirements:
B.E., B.Tech., M.Sc., or MCA.
