Job Description:
- Handle customer queries through phone calls and emails professionally.
- Process transactions according to quality standards and company procedures.
- Record, track, and document customer queries and their resolutions.
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and tracking tools.
- Follow service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate unresolved issues to the team leader.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and service quality.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong listening and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work evening and night shifts.
- Claims Processing knowledge.
- SVAR test is mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
- Work from office only.
- US healthcare experience is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational or night shifts, as required.
