Support daily data analytics and reporting activities within the Content and Student Digital Delivery team.
Collect, clean, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources using Python and SQL.
Prepare and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI and Excel.
Support AI and automation projects by preparing datasets, testing outputs, and documenting results.
Check AI-generated outputs for accuracy and quality.
Maintain accurate data records, query logs, and documentation.
Identify data quality issues and report them to the supervisor.
Communicate analysis updates and findings clearly to team members.
Required Skills:
Python for data cleaning and analysis.
SQL for data extraction and querying.
Power BI and Excel for dashboards and reporting.
Basic understanding of AI and automation tools.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Looker, Oracle PDH, JIRA, and SharePoint is useful.
Eligibility:
Candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent internship exposure may be considered.
A degree in a quantitative, computing, or analytical discipline is preferred.
Exposure to AI or automation projects is required.
